EXCHANGE
POLICY |

1.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Marleen Molenaar
online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange.
2. Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the original shipping
date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs.
3. All merchandise exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, with the
price tags intact.
4. Packing slips are required for all exchanges.
5. Indicate on the back of your invoice form the reason of your
exchange so we can serve you better in the future.
6. We recommend you to send the package back to us via courier
or speed post and to insure the full amount of the merchandise
you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing
packages.
7. Exchanges are processed within 10 days after we receive the
merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your
exchanges are processed.
We will not be able to process your exchange without having
your original order back to us. In case merchandise is not available
for exchange, you will be reimbursed.
